SHIPPING & RETURNS - Orders placed before 11AM EST are processed without delay, and all available merchandise is shipped immediately. Items ordered together may be shipped separately. If an item is temporarily back-ordered, out of stock or is no longer available, we will notify you promptly and ship it as soon as it reenters our inventory. Charges will not be made to your credit card until the items ordered are shipped.

- Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If any item purchased online fails to meet your expectations, you have 10 days from receipt of the order to return products for an exchange or refund. After 10 days, it is subject to a 25 percent restocking fee. We will issue an exchange or refund for any product that has not been damaged. All products must be in original packaging with all accessories as applicable. If the product was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.

REFUNDS - If a refund is requested, please allow two weeks. Enclose a copy of the invoice with your return. Please send your package to us via insured and prepaid U.S. Mail, UPS, or Federal Express (to ensure prompt delivery). Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, including 'FREE Shipping' promotions, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

- Orders may only be canceled on or before 3PM EST on the same day that the order was placed. Once the order has been shipped, you must follow our return policy guidelines.
